Twister Liner Removal

The Twister Liner Remover is a specialty tool designed to remove collapsed liner. It has two front brushes for stabilization. It also features a custom built flat drill head. The impressive 3mm front metal panel features large carbides, enabling it to perform collapsed liner removal in DN100/4” and DN150/6”cast iron or concrete pipes highly efficiently. For use with the Maxi Miller.

The Smart Sweeper

For use with the Maxi Miller Power Plus only.

Developed for several challenging collapsed liner situations including where the collapsed material is around the wall of the pipe. Highly effective in situations where a liner which is too big has been wrongly installed inside the pipe (e.g. 8” liner inside 6” pipe).

Create the combination that works best by simply changing the front head.
Use with Smart Crusher Head (shown left) for cases where the collapse is in the middle of the pipe.

Twister Concrete Remover

Twister Concrete Remover with two front bushes, a heavy duty 3mm front metal panel with large carbides and a specialised front drill head with star carbides used for efficient concrete removal. Dual brushes provide added stability. Heavy duty front panel with larger carbides brings added power to the process.


  • Removes concrete, grout, slurry and large rocks. May be used to grind offsets in clay and concrete pipe which provides for superior finish after lining.
  • DN100 & DN150/4” & 6” models available with or without steering axle.
